1. Patricia Veasey's "Waterfowl Illustrated" falls short of being an all-inclusive, definitive collection of waterfowl reference photos. About half the photos are black & white, and therefore less useful to carving and painting enthusiasts like myself. Many of the photos also lack sharp focus, which is practically a must for those hoping to use the photos for reference.
   In addition, some N.American species are missing from the book, while a few European birds appear instead.
   Still, the book is probably a better collection of photos than the ones you've taken, and as such it may be a useful reference for the better-photographed species included.

1. This is an excellent book, which ties together the entire history of the car from the early Jeffery thru Nash, and with the merger of Nash and Hudson, into the last form of independent automaking until it's death in 1987 ( although some '88 models were sold ).
   Many technical sections, covering models and options, history and photos, experimental models. While not 100% accurate, there are some bloopers, it is about as close to fully documenting AMC's history as has been done nowhere else. A fine addition to anyone's home library.
