3. This was supposed to be a reference book. I found it only to be a book with a collection of pictures and prices. It would have been an excellent book if the author would have identified the lamps.



4. If you are an avid seeker of bargains and/ or collector of treasures, you need this book! After browsing through this book, I remembered seeing similar lamps at recent antique shows. I was not familiar with the lamps but heard someone comment on their future value. This book was most informative and an easy reference. The photos in the book are excellent.

1. I found this book most helpful in identifying true vintage ornaments as well as their value. It covers in great detail why specific materials were used for a given time including the color variations. It also contains stories and cuts from celebrations long ago which I found very informative. I came away with a great deal of knowledge and will carry this with me on all my hunts. Highly recommend!

1. This is an excellent reference book. I have used it for years to help me date, identify, and price older snowbabies. There are many color pictures, all of which are clear and sharp. Good descriptions. Easy to follow price list. If you collect older snowbabies you will want to own this book. Watch Mary Morrison's website for a new book that she will be publishing. As good as this one is I am looking forward to the next one.

1. This very enjoyable and informative 205 page, Tinker Toy guide book contains more than 400 large, full color and black and white, sharp photos that collector's will be sure to enjoy. Even those who aren't true collectors will find this book informative, and enjoy memories of days gone by. In addition to the great photos, there's plenty of information included and excellent descriptions of items. Prices are provided, but they're 1996 pricing. Every type of Tinker Toy is featured, ranging from Action Toys, Art Sets, Bead Toys, and Construction Sets, to Quester and Playskool. There's plenty of box photos and advertising pieces. There are nice sections featuring items by years. This is an outstanding reference, certain to be enjoyed by collectors.



2. After finding several boxes and cylinders of Tinker Toys I needed to find out how much they were worth. A collector friend of mine suggested this book, and after purchasing it, it was worth it. It had every item that I had and then some. It gave prices for each, and a picture for most.

This book contains beautiful pictures of the Geppi's Entertainment Museum collection, and although there are not large explanations, pop cultural icons are easily recognizable and it will take you down memory lane in a trip sure to warm your heart with nice memories of your childhood or even yearning for a time you didn't get to know, from the late 19th Century to the present.
   A great illustrated reference for collectors, scholars and enthusiasts of all ages of comic-books, toys, movies and TV shows!

If you have any love of the English language, and are able to tell good photographs from bad ones, you will truly dislike all of the books by this woman that I have read, including Barbie Exclusives volumes 1, 2 and 3. The text is virtually unreadable, almost completely devoid of any real information, and is generally a painful experience. The photographs are almost equally bad, ranging from grainy yellowish shots, to lovely ones in which box-front glare almost obliterates any details of the doll inside. Truly, you can do much better than this series! Try the Collector's Encyclopedia of Barbie Doll Exclusives and More by J. Michael Augustyniak.

1. I thought this would be a book I couldn't live without. Thankfully, I didn't pay a lot for it, but I NEVER refer to it. Yes, it's got nice big pix of the usual trays, but the vast majority of CC trays?...you won't find 'em here. Precious little content, unlike the other CC trays book out there, which blows this one out of the water.

   If you can pick this one up for a handful of dollars or less, buy it. But don't expect much for your money.

2. This book definately lives up to its name, "The Ultimate Roy Rogers Collection" and is an absolute "must have" for all collectors of Roy Rogers, Dale Evans, Gabby Hayes, Trigger & Bullet memorabilia.

   208 pages of rare and vintage collectables, more than 1,000 color photos, item descriptions and pricing information as well as a special interview with Dusty, Roy & Dale's son.

   Ron Lenius displays exceptional overall quality and first class presentation throughout this book.

3. Exceptional job from cover to cover. A great tribute to the Legend of Roy, Dale, Trigger, Gabby, Pat, Bullet and the legacy that they left us. From Chapter 1 to 21, through the 1,000 plus colored photos of incredible memorabilia, it is unquestionably the best of the best Roy Rogers collector guides published. 4. Hey I think your book absolutly rocks!
   I loved looking at all the interesting old things that were around when my mom was younger. All the colorful pages, and pictures really grabbed my attention while looking through the book. I loved seeing all the different prices for all the different items you have in your book. It really makes me see that old things really do have value. Even if you don't know much about Roy Rogers, this book takes you through his life so that you will have a better understanding of him and who he was.
   I'm 13 so I don't really like to take the time to look through a book and read it from cover to cover. But this book really interested me with it's humor, pictures, facts, and stories.
   If you are at all interested in learning, studying, or collecting Roy Roger things I strongly suggest that you read through this book. It will greatly help you to know what Roy Roger things are valuable.

An interview with Roy Rogers Jr. is included, and chapters on advertising and premiums, autographs, badges, buttons, jewelry, books, clocks and watches, club memorabilia, magazines, toys, displays, and much, much more. A delightful, useful book, highly recommended.
