1. Angel Song is SQP's follow up to the highly popular Fairy Song, and features 64 pages of both color and black & white art by some of the industry's finest pin-up artists. These angelic subjects are tailor-made for this book and the eclectic collection features everything from the playful to the profound. You know that any collection that features the work of both Arantza and Pelaez is going to be a winner and Angel Song doesn't disappoint.
   
   Arantza starts things off with a stunning cover. This just HAS to be what a real angel looks like! Perla Perlucki gives us a humorous little drawing featuring an exasperated angel fighting off a couple of "pinch-happy" imps with a flyswatter. Danilo Guida's "lovers doomed" features a lovely angel in the embrace of a foul, horned demon. A similar theme is played out in Arantza's "Love Knows no Sin" done in brown tones.
   
   Paelaez' "Retribution" features a lovely, sword-wielding angel walking away from a city that is engulfed in flames. Other great pieces are "Dark Angel" by German Ponce, the gloriously colored "A Kiss most Sacred" by Cesar Britez, and Arantza's darkly gothic "The Heaven of Hell". The book also features the work of Gonzalo Flores, Greg Lopez, Enrique Villagran, and Marcelo Sosa, to name just a few. The back cover is by Dave Nestler, another one of the giants in pip-up and glamour art. His eye-popping blonde angel is the perfect end to this book. A must have for anyone who loved Fairy Song.

1. One would expect (from it's title & description) a photographic journal of female dominance, but this is not what's found in this book.
   
   Granted, the photography in this book is wonderful, but the title is deceiving to it's content. If you're looking for staged: female dominant / female submissive latex fetish photography (primarily lesbian) then this is definitely your book. But if you're looking for images portraying real life female domination in a series of female/male relationships then you should definitely look elsewhere.



2. Utley has done it again... Once again demonstrating his eye and appreciation for "real" images of seduction, power, play and control! The best photo anthology of the fetish fantasy scene I've ever seen! Each image manages to peel more and more layers off the private subversive world of female dominance. At times playful, at other times down right shocking, each photo reveals more insight into the role women play in the world of sexual dominance and control. Moreover... The introduction written by Mistress Miranda, a Bay Area Dominatrix, educator and writer, is eloquent and well done!

1. This book overflows with colorful, instructive step by step photos that help ANYONE create gorgeous and unique tiles for anywhere in the house or as great gifts. The many ideas range from stenceling your own tiles, making tabletops and planters, to making bedheads. The book also has a helpful history on tiles and a section on templates. I was given this book as a gift and, as an artist, have treasured it as the best gift I've ever received!



2. This is a good book for both beginner and experienced tile users. The historical information about different types of tiles and their origins is interesting. Many of the decorative ideas were new to me, such as the mosaic bed and door panels. The photographs of tile-working tools and techniques are especially helpful. The patterns from projects shown in the book are included, and are a definite bonus.

1. This book contains a great many quality photos of Cai Guo-Qiang amazing, breath-taking works, and also includes an informative introduction and transcripts of a some interesting interviews with the artist. A lovely book.
