4. Refreshing. Uplifting. Amazing. Heart-warming. Unique. These are just a few of the words that come to mind when I try to describe this book. I have never written a review here before, but I simply had to rave about "Meditations for Cat Lovers." Many first-rate devotionals are inspiring and bring a tear to the eye, but a page-turner? I couldn't put it down! In fact, it is a gripping story about a woman's inner struggles as she moves through a year of her life, and how her cat taught her some valuable lessons. Lessons I am so glad that Ms. Hansen-Doying has shared with the rest of us. I read it cover-to-cover in three days. Now I guess I will have to read it again the proper way. I will be giving this wonderful little book to all of my loved ones this Christmas, and you should, too!



5. I am so impressed -- not only the content, but the design and the appearance of the book. Its beautiful. I plan to get them for my girls for Christmas. I sat there reading and could hardly read because of the tears. It is beautifully written and I really think you did a marvelous job - the best yet.

1. We found the explanation of cat behavior and tips on inital challenges very helpful. When adopting a new cat it is very important to quickly steer your pet away from bad behavior, and this book is great at providing multiple ways to redirect a newly adopted cat from bad behavior.



2. Workable ideas for handling a variety of behavior problems. The book is organized so that it's easy to find information.

2. My brother and I fell on the ground laughing hysterically at the illustrations and captions--although this was 9 years ago
   we still get a good laugh out of it. We almost got kicked out of the bookstore for disturbing the others.



3. As a life-long cat LOVER, I was suprised to find myself laughing hysterically at nearly every page in this book. The pictures and the light-hearted text are too cute and silly to be taken as malicious. The best advice - wait.



4. I got this book up at a used book store, I love it! It's hilarious, and I have to keep telling my mom not to let our siamese cat see it. It's one of my 3 books I always have on hand, and I read it all the time. My fave exits are turkey and microwave. Makes a good coffee table book, and a good gift, cat-lover or cat-hater. Just DON'T get any ideas! Have fun!
