1. I just got my copy of Beanie Baby Stories, and couldn't put it down. Many of the stories are touching, humorous, and even insightful. The book also includes children's illustrations of their favorite beanies. This is a perfect gift for families who are Beanie Baby collectors, or as a "get-well" or birthday gift. BEANIE BABY STORIES measures approximately 5"x6" to fit comfortably in anyone's hands, with a glossy cover and nice interior layouts. I contributed much of the trivia that appears in this book, and am very pleased to have been a part of this project. 1. This 109 page book contained a wealth of information about how Beanie Babies became so popular. I enjoyed learning their history and their origin. I'm writing an article about the Beanies and was able to get a lot of ideas and tips on where to look for more information. Well written and easy to read!



2. This book claims to have anecdotes of beanie baby collectors - and it didn't have even ONE. It gives a history of how the craze caught on, but that was written at a third grade level, and was boring boring boring. It takes about 30 mins to read the entire book since it's 109 pages of mostly filler and big print. I have never been so duped by a book I bought online. I regret having wasted my money, it would have been better spent on a beanie!

1. I just recently dusted off my binder and tried to go to the website listed on the back. No site found. I searched for the binder on Amazon and found that the updates have been disc. I'm so disappointed because I thought it was best one offered for collectors. FYI, the last binder published was a Final Millennial Edition that includes a 12/31/99 Retired section. The one I have is signed by Peg, also. If anyone knows why the updates never happened, please respond.
