1. This is one of my favorite tapes for learning Spanish. Fun, and easy to understand songs for the entire family.



2. The audio is of high quality, the speakers have clear voices and the cards are very helpful. My only problem with it is that they go too fast for a beginner, but they all do. It seems obvious to me...slow down! When a baby is learning to speak, you don't say "apple" all of the time, sometimes you have to say "aaa pull" I have to stop the tape player over and over and over........However, I do recomend this. I would buy it again.



3. My daughter (age 10) and I have been playing Linguafun card games for a few days and really enjoying it. The cards guarantee success in speaking in sentences right away, rather than learning numbers and colors and just a few phrases at first, the way I learned in school. It's spurred us both on to learn more--I only wish there were more sets of cards from Linguafun.



4. I am a Spanish teacher, and have used the Linguafun cards in the classroom. I was amazed at how easily my students learned Spanish using these cards and cassette! The set comes with instructions for many different games, but our favorite in the classroom is "War". I have reviewed and tried many products for teaching Spanish, and Linguafun is by far THE BEST! It's the easiest way I have ever seen of learning a foreign language. I can't wait for all the other languages to be available

1. I bought the book and it was in excellent condition. The book is excellent!



2. This book is excellent. It is the story of a group of friends and how their lives have changes due to men, politics and ways of life. It captures womanhood, friendship and the many faces of women. An wonderful book. Very well written.



3. This book is realy the mingle of several diferent short stories related to the lives of diferent woman. The character I liked more was Isabel.

Cuantas mujeres tuvieron que perecer para que las mujeres de este siglo tuviesen libertad y derechos. Marcela Serrano se gana el corazón de los hombres sensibles con esta obra. Una verdadera disección de la mujer latina de clase media alta de los noventa, con sus neurosis y sus inquietudes, odiando y amando a los hombres a la vez, recreándolos a cada paso de su vida, inventadolos de la manera que ella quisiera que fueran, odiándolos cuando lo intentan y amándolos cuando son desdeñosos con ellas. Esas mujeres son las waiting to exhale de Latinoamérica, claro a nuestro modo de ver la vida desde la óptica subdesarrollada de nuestros países... Ella recrea a las cuatro amigas pero solo una de ellas es la que narra y no se narra, la que cuenta y no es contada, la que plantea LOS problemas de las otras y no deja ver los suyos. Sospecho que esa Ana tan impersonal en la novela, con tan poca historia sea la voz de la autora, pero la novela le quedo regia Mis felicitaciones a la autora....

   Luis Mendez Un hombre sensible a pesar de ser varón, jajajjaja.

1. I really like the book. I have the English version, which is a classic, so I bought the Spanish version which is acceptable.



2. As the little rabbit goes to sleep, he wishes a good night to everything he sees - from the mittens hanging out to dry to the playful cats, his comb and brush, and of course, the moon. The words have a soothing rhythm and the rabbit's room gets darker as one moves through the book. Nightime is falling and it's time for bed. Recommended for bedtime reading.



3. Great for learning spanish since my son knows the english version so well. It is identical but in spanish.



4. Look, this book is a classic in its original English version; its rhymes are central to its greatness and are unequalled in translation. Though the Spanish version is not defective, it just does not have the same charm that the rhymes have in the original.
   
   Get this book in English, and choose books translated into Spanish whose text are not central to their enjoyment (e.g., Buenas noches, Gorila), or choose books originally written by Spanish language authors.
   
   
   Este libro es un clásico en su idioma original: el inglés. Aunque la traducción al español no sea defectuosa, no está a la altura del lenguaje de las rimas en inglés.
   
   Aconsejo que compres este libro en inglés, y que compres libros traducidos al español que no dependan tanto del texto (e.g., Buenas noches, Gorila); o, compre libros escritos por hispanohablantes.

1. En este libro se abre la posibilidad de que Dios sea femenino. La vuelta al matriarcado en el principio de las cosas. Muy bien llevado. La lectura es entretenida y aporta información que nos hará pensar en mas de una ocasión.

5. I loved the book as the majority of books of Coelho. But this one is very exquisite to me. A lot of useful citations. It really helps to understand the meaning of love, the feeling, the beauty and yourself.

1. I'm teaching spanish to my 22 months old son, the translation is great, but could be better if it is was a hard cover and not paper back.

   Me gusta el libro. Aprendo español con me niño y este libro nos está ayudando.

   I like the book. I am learning Spanish with the little boy I look after and this book is helping us. We know the story in English, and now we are learning it in Spanish. I like it better when we have two separate books - one in English and one in Spanish then when we have one book with both languages, because it then we don't "cheat" and look at the English. It also lets us have a small amount of "immersion" time when we only speak the new language - even if it's only for 5 or 10 min.




3. I think that it is wonderful to have this book in spanish. I loved the pictures and the tale was one that expressed the love of a mother for a child. Another good book, also by Margaret Wise Brown, is Goodnight Moon (Buenas Noches, Luna). Both books feature the wonderful charaters of rabbits in personified situations.
