- Great product! I bought this CD interested in mostly Morphosis' works, but found myself just as interested in the other houses featured on this CD. Great collection of projects with a whole lot of info on each. The panorama's were a great new way to display works of architecture.
- I just got the second edition of the Planet Architecture Series and I like it even more then the first one. They improved their interactivity and added some new features like the ipix 3D panoramas. There are interviews with the architects on the CD as well, which i really enjoyed. very interesting!! This is a great addition to my architecture library. I can recommend this to everyone, who has a passion for modern architecture. Two thumbs up!!

- He trabajado por varios años en diseño de tiendas de una forma empírica, y ha sido dificil encontrar un libro con buen contenido de conceptos básicos y criterios para este tipo de espacios, la mayoría son catálogos de fotografías. Este libro elevó mucho mis expectativas cuando leí el resumen oficial que se encuentra en cualquier sitio que lo vende, pero me desilusionó a medida que lo iba leyendo. Habla en frases cortas tras frases cortas y no hay un lenguaje corrido que describa puntos básicos para la concepcion de una tienda. Los dibujos son en ocasiones inútiles pues no son para analizar o evaluar conceptos, sino para ilustrar unas cuantas de las infinitas posibilidades que puede haber en la mente de un diseñador (las que se le pudieron ocurrir al autor).
En resumen no he podido llevarlo a la práctica, es mas como un libro filosófico y quiza para una aplicación más abstracta en los diseños. Si manejan el inglés les recomiendo "The Retail Store: Design & Construction" que, aunque sea un libro de presentación pobre y fotos desactualizadas, tiene un contenido más valioso y concretamente aplicable; los demás libros que aparentan ser buenos estan agotados y editados ya muchos años atras, por lo que es difícil encontrar algo que valga la pena.
I have worked with store designing and had much hope in this book as I read the official sumary, but it is not practical and it is written in short sentences after short sentences, you won't find a clear long concepts for stores. Some drawings are useless as they are few of million possibilities that an architect may have in mind and there is no analisis or evaluation of the options. I suggest you to buy "The Retail Store: Design & Construction" instead of this book, although its presentation is poor the content is more valuable.
